The two selector switches of the lift console are only valid in the manual state. First, turn the "manual/automatic" selector switch on the trolley console to the "manual" position, then select the "low speed" or "high speed" of the elevator as required, and finally select the "up" or "down" of the elevator as required. Turn the selector switch to "0" when the lifting action is not required. ②Automatic operation process. The automatic operation of the elevator is automatically connected with the trolley, which is used to complete the automatic rising and falling of the L-shaped hook during the automatic tapping process. (3) The trolley console. Includes two buttons, five indicator lights, and three selector switches. The two buttons are the "emergency stop" button and the "automatic tapping" button. The "emergency stop" button is used to cut off the power supply in an emergency to stop the trolley from running. Therefore, after the "emergency stop" button is restored, it needs to be powered on again before it can run. The indicator lights respectively indicate the normal, faulty and front position, original position and rear position of the trolley. The "manual/automatic" selector switch is used to select the manual and automatic of the trolley and the manual and automatic of the lift, the "low speed/high speed" selector switch is used to select the manual high speed and low speed of the trolley, and the "forward/0/reverse" selector switch is used to Select manual forward, stop and reverse of the trolley. ① Manual operation process. During this process, it should be noted that in case of emergency, pressing "Emergency Stop" can only stop the operation of the trolley, but not the operation of the elevator. Before tapping, the hydraulic system needs to work normally. First, start the hydraulic station and check whether the oil temperature, liquid level and system pressure of the hydraulic station are within the normal range.
